  • 1 star. If I could give negative stars, I'd do that, but I can't. So this place gets 0 stars from me. Here's the situation: I went in with a custom job, not expecting much, just thought they might know where I could get it. I showed them and they said they would be able to make it for me. I was so happy. He told me that he would have if for me within a week. A week and a half later, I had to call them and try to find out information. They said it would be done in a day of 2. My boyfriend went to pick it up a day after they called us and told us it would be done. It was horrible. The piece was supposed to be a a pendant of the U.S. with a heart in Arizona and a heart in New York and a dotted line connecting them (my mom lives in NY and I live in AZ). 1) It was scratched up beyond belief. 2) The hearts looked like blobs. 3) He added outlines of all the states, when the picture i showed him didn't have any of that. There was just too much going on. It was just supposed to be simple, a heart where AZ would be and a heart where NY would be. No one ever told him to outline the states. Also, his wife even stated, in front of my boyfriend "I knew you shouldn't have don't that. I knew you should have called her." So, pretty much, he was taking liberties with this that he definitely shouldn't have been. 4) Even after he took the liberty of adding things that I didn't want, he didn't even get the states right! He added states and subtracted states from the U.S. 5) And worst of all, he quoted me a price of $175 +$35 coat it in platinum. That works out to $210, plus the chain. When my boyfriend went to pick it up and saw the disgusting thing that was not the necklace I requested, the man told him $300 for the necklace, plus sales tax, plus the chain. Not at all even close to the price he quoted me to start off. My boyfriend told him he wasn't paying for that and left. I was, understandably angry at the situation. We went online that night and were able to get if for a lot cheaper. Plus, we know that this person can do it correctly, because there are pictures of it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!
