  • The mani/pedi was the worst I've ever had. They were distracted by screaming and crying children, they put lotion on wet legs then rinsed it off. No scrub used, minimal massage, which was the main reason I wanted to get a pedicure. I also got a manicure but didn't want color since it always chips anyway, assumed that would get me a little more lotion/massage time and at least a clear coat, nope. Then they asked if I wanted to leave the lotion on or wash it off? Really who puts on lotion and washes it off. I can't believe with tax this cost me $48. It's appalling and I will never return, plus they were running late on the person in front of me and then the person after me was sitting next to me during my manicure and he kept apologizing and talking to her during it. Never returning!!!!
