  • I hate this place. I actually didn't end up living here but it did waste my time and money for about 2 months. Me and my boyfriend were looking for somewhere to move in ASAP and had all our papers and money ready when we went. The place was OK, not the best but considering the location, it wasnt bad. Was told that as long as we made 2.5 more than rent amount it was fine. We were well above that so we started the process. Ended up having to leave to pick something up but was told I would get a call for what was needed next. Realized I did not get my id back (boyfriend brought it up as only he saw her pull his back out) so I took care of my personal shit and came right back for it (less than 30 mins) they claim that they never took it from me. I knew it wasn't true but I went to search outside as well as my car. No where to be found. I call again letting them know it was the only place I had took it out and I know for a fact that I didn't get it back after going over it multiple times. Still, girl said it's not there but now says she gave it back to me on my boyfriend's at out. Before, she said she never took mine... Either way, next morning I get a awkward phone call telling me that one of my boyfriend's paystubs is "invalid" not any real reason as to why but they can't take it. I alone made the money for the apartment but they still wouldn't allow us to rent there because they had to have a little more than the required amount...wtf does that mean? The words "required amount"apparently mean nothing to this place. Didn't make any sense either but after trying to reason and understand I just didn't have the patience. So I left again only to see that the apartment complex just ran my credit. I know it's normal to do that but after you just argued with me about not meeting basic requirements, why would you go through with the next step of the process and run my credit anyway. Also remember, my id is still missing. So now, I can't try to get an apartment anywhere else because they are holding my id hostage for whatever reason. I can't rent here because you guys made up a bunch of BS rules as to why I can not. I can't even get a beer to drink my sorrows away because I don't have a freakin id. When trying to move and id is pretty important so I was basically homeless for that time living in my car. So for that, thanks Sandpiper....Thanks so much for everything
