  • I was recommended to meet with Kavita Bhatia by a friend, to discuss my Mortgage loan requirements. From the time I met Kavita and Wesley, in simple words my experience has been wonderful. At my first visit itself, they took time to explain the process and answer my questions. Whenever, I would come up with a doubt, they were available via email or phone and always prompt in response. They kept me updated as my application made progress throughout the process, and explained what was to be expected. In the last few days, they out-performed themselves, when they made sure that my closing date did not change even after some issues in my application process. I am really thankful to Kavita and Wesley for their help and guidance throughout. I am very happy in my new home and content that I chose the right firm and team for my Mortgage application process.
