  • I was very disappointed to find that Bank's Oreck Vacuum is not truly open until 6:00 p.m. I arrived today at 5:50 to drop off my vacuum to find the door locked though the open sign was still on. Displayed in the window is a sign with the hours of operation which lists the hours as 9:00-6:00 daily. After knocking several times, I called Bank's Oreck where I spoke to the manager who told me that if there are no customers in the store, they close at 5:50. I informed the manager that I was a customer and it was currently 5:54, and according to their open sign and their hours of operation they were still open. He still insisted he would not open the door for me, and that he had already closed the register so he could not help me!!! Don't intend on patronizing Bank's Oreck Henderson again any time soon!! Very disappointing.
