  • This business has the most horrible customer service. They have been billing us for months with erroneous charges. I have called them at least 6 times to fix the bills. Each time they made adjustments for charges we've never ordered, etc. yet each month the bills continue to have the same wrong charges and when I call them no one's made any notes in the system to say they've fixed the problem. No accountability with this business, and to make mattes worse, after all their billing errors, they have sent me a collection notice, Seriously? They're horrible, go somewhere else if you have an option. There should be an option to give out negative stars!
