  • Worst branch in Phoenix - Always a line as there are never enough tellers. Manager (Irma) was rude and didn't seem to acknowledge frustrated customers. Computers go down - Avoid if possible - I know I will. Check out other reviews for confirmation. Corporate needs to do something.
