  • Been to discount tire in the past. Mostly for minor stuff. A new tire or a simple air refill. But I finally went in to this Discount tire to inquire about some tires n wheels for my new ride. Didn't expect much. Finally made it to the front of the line when I was greeted by an employee named Rodney. this guy not only took care of me. But really made me feel like I should come back. Which is not easy to say when ur dropping 1k or so on a place. His customer service is superb to say the least. He showed great leadership and respect throughout our transaction that would normally be "ok here's ur receipt see u in a few days" instead he made sure I was well informed of when my wheels would arrive and actually called me if they were a little delayed. His open communication with me never stopped.. Let me tell u people I'm a store manager and I would in a heart beat take this employee from u guys if I could. Or at least have him teach a class on how it's done. Great sales rep, customer service, employee. I would highly recommend anyone that wants wheel and a great experience to come here and ask for Rodney. He'll take care of you and you'll pass the message on. Because that's what it's all about. Take care of ur customer and they'll come back.. I'll definitely be coming back for my other car.
