Well I have been working out here nearly 20 years and have been through many changes of hands. I keep coming back because of the convenience and cost but this new ownership is not great!! The general manager doesn't speak to the clientele and mostly sits in his office! I feel his leadership is poor and he is unprofessional. Matt who does a lot of business development is great and very personable but the entire group needs some customer service training starting with the ownership!! The cleanliness is greatly improved but still not up to the standards of many clubs. They have lost several people in the last few years and it isn't growing with this ownership. When we, as in those of us working out there talk, no one has a positive thing to say about the new owners. A red flag for sure! Before choosing compare several places, prices and packages!!
