My family had been going to Radiant Smiles since the name was Lakes Dental. After they changed the name I noticed a decline in service. My particular dentist was only available once a week. Note that if you are in the middle of an ongoing procedure with that particular dentist and need an adjustment in between appointments, then you will have to wait for his next available appt which could be weeks out or pay $500 for emergency service. Also, since the office changed names I noticed a decline in cleanliness. The carpet leading to the exam rooms looks like a "road of debris". The first exam room on the right was disgustingly filthy. There were dirty finger print marks on the back of the chair, splatter across the dusty TV. And when I asked for something to go over my sensitive eyes during the procedure, the dentist handed me yellow tinted safety glasses that also had some type of splatter on the frame. I was so grossed out at this point. Since then I have found a new dentist with state of the art 3D imaging systems in place etc. now that I can compare my new dentist to radiant smiles I think going to radiant smiles is like crossing the border in search for Sub par dental service. My only regret is that I didn't get pictures of the dirty areas to post. Enter at your own risk.
