  • We've been here over 10 times, each time worse than the previous time. Their pasta is pretty good, but everything else isn't great. It's loud, crowded, and the staff is incredibly unorganized. On one occasion we made reservations, waited for them to clear a table, only for them to give our table away to a walk in. We had to wait another 20 min. On another occasion we waited 20min for an outdoor table to be available, see a table open up and then a couple that just walked in be seated at that table. We told the "hostess" and they said they're sorry and would let us know when another one opened. My biggest complaint is the outdoor seating dog policy - We have been here with our 2 dogs, 3 times, and had the same waiter each time. We brought them about a month ago, the same waiter told us dogs have never been allowed, even when I said they've been with us before. It's one thing if the policy changed, but it was insinuated that they were never there. I'm not quite sure why you would refuse to seat dog owners outside. This really bothered me as it's the only restaurant that doesn't allow dogs outside, and the outdoor "patio" is on the very busy sidewalk on state street. It seems like the quality has been slowly decline over the last 2 years. It's a shame because I used to like going here but I don't think we will be coming back.
