  • In response to the owner: I'm not sure what gives you the impression this is a landlord tenant situation. I'm the homeowner. There is no tenant. You guys gave me a time window, failed to show up, and never called. The only reason we ever talked was because I called you. Again, the guys who came out were good guys. And they were very honest about how tough the job would be.
