  • Much like someone mentioned below - if your condo/house comes with an appliance package they are reluctant to help. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I cannot explain the way they made us feel as customers. We had to purchase 5 appliances from here, and were prepared to upgrade. However the service we received from Mel was so awful...we didn't even bother. We took what was included and sold them and upgraded ourselves afterwards. Mel really didn't want to explain any of the appliances - the benefits or differences of the different models. He pretty much just said this is what it comes with - are you not upgrading the dishwasher...it's loud. When we did ask him to explain the differences in the gas ranges, he looked at us like it should have been common knowledge and provided the most vague explanation ever. We felt like we were bothering him the whole time, and just wanted to get out of there and finish the appt. Never again will we step foot in Appliance Canada. I will gladly pay a higher price for better customer service.
