  • The best part of this store is that when I go there I can usually park in an available spot close to the font because there are plenty of those available. I've purchased a lot of equipment from Dick's over the years and was expecting some customer loyalty when I brought a waterproof watch back a pair of shoes and didn't have the receipt. The shoes were new and I brought in about 50 other receipts that I had from Dick's to show them that I am an avid customer and not someone trying to get over on them. I told them that my husband misplaced the receipt as we always keep them. The shoes had not been touched but despite all of this I could not even exchange them for another pair that fit me. This put me off big time - I understand the receipt policy but if a customer comes in and shows you that they have spend thousands and I mean thousands of dollars in your store within a year you might give him or her the benefit of the doubt. Guess not..I'll go elsewhere.
