  • Yesterday my daughter booked an appointment at this salon. When she arrived today she was told that she cancelled the appointment and that she could come back at another time. This was a blatant lie. When I phoned them to complain, the owner talked over me, told me my daughter could come later or just go to another salon?! She then hung up on me !!! They advertise as a "premiere beauty salon" in Mississauga. Just because they are located in a posh area does not make them good. I was completely flabbergasted with this kind of treatment. Had to give them one star but would have liked to give them 0.
