  • Went here on recommendation from a friend and now I wish I lived in the area to frequent this shop! They have other locations around Toronto though so I might try those out too. These bagels are amazing - chewy, sweet (they're boiled in honey water!), and perfectly sized for a meal or a grab and go snack. They're Montreal-style - baked in a wood oven and, especially when eaten fresh, are honestly like no other bagel I've ever tried. I had their sesame bagel with butter but they have all kinds of other options like cinnamon raisin, twister, everything, only onion, pumpernickel, plain, and more. There are a variety of cream cheeses and other ingredients to put in your bagel along with coffee and a variety of other goods such as samosas and patties to try out. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great bagel shop - this location is less than a five minute walk north of Summerhill station. I also grabbed a bag of a dozen of day-old bagels for $4 to take home - super worth it and my whole family loved them! Note: the bagels harden but pop them in the toaster for 2-3 minutes and they're good to go!
