  • Wow I just went in there to get two easy fixes, one on the pocket of my pants that just needed a quick sew as the pocket was coming undone and 2nd my I needed a new clasp on my bathing suit. The guy at the counter said they could do it and then brought the pieces to the back and the guy back there said bring it to some Joanne's in a really grumpy voice. The guy at the counter brings me my items back and I asked him does that mean no? He hands them to me and he said no. Needless to say it was a no go.
