| - Found this restaurant on Open Table. Surprised to see the location of the restaurant so hidden in the back of the Biltmore. Thomas was our server, he was so attentive. My husband and I were headed to a concert, so we had to pass on the tasting menu due to time. My husband ordered the arugula salad which was very tasteful. I ordered the Pork Chop, by far one of the best I've ever eaten, seasoned and cooked to perfection. I also ordered a side of the daily risotto which was Parmesan, spinach, and tomato... this was my favorite dish of the night. My husband ordered the burger and Thomas recommended "Italian Style," which meant shallots, cheese, toasted bread not a bun, it was so flavorful! I love that they grind their own meat there, just means there's no yucky fillers. We will be back to try out the tasting menu and we will request Thomas as our server! Great hidden gem.
