I needed to have a bridesmaid dress taken in a bit in the bust. When I picked it up less than a week later, I wasn't able to even come close to zipping up the back. There was about a 3 inch gap in the back where the zipper wouldn't even come together. When I showed it to them, they looked at it for a while and then said there was no way they could fix it. She then went on to suggest that I had moved the pins when she was first measuring me, that I had gained that much weight over the course of about 5 days, etc. She then refunded me most, but not all, of the money I had paid for the dress, but said that they needed to keep it and that I could come back and get the dress when I "lost the weight." I had to go out and find a completely new bridesmaid dress 2 days before the wedding was scheduled. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in Noy's service.
