  • Our bulldog was having signs of a stroke that ended up being grand mal seizures. We called and rushed him to VCA Great Lakes. Upon arriving, they met us at the door and took him back immediately. Throughout the stay, they were very caring, helpful and super friendly from the front to the back. He was admitted to the ICU and they had no problems with us visiting him. They also were great with giving us updates and guiding us to "what's next". They took wonderful care of him and we are very pleased with their services. Their level of care is high quality and exceeded our expectations. Any emergency vet is going to be expensive --- they actually over estimated our quote by almost $700 and gave us our money back when we picked him up! Thank you all very much for helping our pup! We are so thankful for each and every one of you!!
