  • I had a great experience at this location. My insurance company arranged the rental and Sean called me right away to invite me in to pick up the car - a BMW no less. Service was prompt and personal, and I was on my way. They helped me arrange for parking in the area too. Returning the car was easy, I just dropped off the keys at their office, which opens at 7:30am. No surprise charges, and they collected everything from my insurance company. There was a pre-auth on my credit card to cover things like parking tickets, but that's all.
