  • When I first heard about LYFE Kitchen, I was hoping it would be like True Food Kitchen (multiple locations throughout the country), a sit down place with a focus on healthy tasting food. Boy was I let down here. This is an order at the counter place, so it's more casual and akin to Greens and Proteins. We got there around 7pm on a weekend. There were only two other tables besides us. The allergen signage on the menu is great. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of entrĂ©e options. My partner and I split a GF flatbread, the salmon and red curry bowl. I wanted soup, but they were out of both the corn chowder and seasonal soup. Why were they out of soup on a prime weekend dinnertime?? The flatbread was OK, it could have used more sauce. The salmon was dry and under seasoned, and the curry was small for the price point. Our other two dining companions both said that these were things easily and better made at home. Agreed! One of the few things I liked was the sparkling water on tap. That pretty much saved the meal and overall experience.
