  • I went into this place 2 times in one week looking to replace a family of 4, snow boots and jackets/pants. Both times there were 4-5 employees behind the register chatting and NO ONE helped me, not even a hello. I drove all the way across town just to go to sport chalet. Bummer they lost out on an $800 easy sale. Not what I was expecting for a local mom and pop type shop.
