  • I wish I would have read some of these reviews before I purchased anything from here. We bought a 5 piece dining set and a bench to go along with it. Once we got them home, pieces of the bench were damaged and I couldn't put them together. I called to complain and after going through a few people I got one that said they would send out replacement pieces for the bench at no charge. They never came. Now my only option is to drive 100 miles round trip to replace the entire bench. Also the 5 piece dining set was damaged as well. After a few days of phone calls and frustration I did get them to deliver a new table. I do not understand why they don't do the same with the bench. I have never spent so much money somewhere just to spend by days off work frustrated and on the phone. I would never step foot in this place again I have also already told co workers and friends about this experience and to avoid this place. They talk about customer surveys a lot here but clearly do not read them or care.
