rev:text	I am a big fan of books and bookstores and have often frequented this location because it's directly across from Starbucks and the food court. I have to pass it to pretty much go anywhere. Book/Item selection: Pretty good in my opinion. They have most of the ones I always come in looking for (psychological thrillers). I like that they have tables set up thematically like Heather's picks or controversial ones. Due to space, they don't have a very big clearance section. On the right hand side of the store, there are two tables of journals, magnets, etc that make great presents. Currently, they have some great markdowns on these items. Along the wall there are more journals, notebooks and planners. I had to take a star off because recently they took the board game section out. Although there is a Chapters across the street and games are available at Wal-mart, there is literally no stores to buy board games inside Square One! Service: I usually find that the workers here are much friendlier than the Chapters. I often get asked if I need any help and the cashiers are always so nice. In fact, I came in to the store today (which prompted this review) and purchased a $3 set of magnets on markdown. Karl rang me up and I was taken with how genuinely nice and friendly he was. It's so rare to find a lot of people in customer service like that. His love for it was shining through. He definitely made a simple transaction so much better just by being himself. Overall experience: I'll of course be back. I love browsing around and looking at new books to read and keeping an eye for markdowns on the really cute items that I can gift to myself and others.
