Purchased a 3 night stay in what was supposed to be a 2 bedroom suite, turned out to be 2 adjoining 1 bedroom studio type rooms. Paid $400, received some $$ back in paid Visa cards but had to sit through a timeshare seminar and go over the cost of owning a timeshare with Bluegreen. It started at 11am and ended after 2pm. So basically $75 for 3hrs of my family's time, not worth it for us. The rooms and the hotel layout is not typical of what we're used to. TV was mounted in a corner that didn't seem to be a good location for it. Long walks to to rooms and parking is shared with restaurants and liquor stores. After several calls to their call center we were able to book our stay at what we were promised only after emailing a scanned PDF copy of our contract that was given to us at the LA County Fair when we shelled out the $400. The whole process was time consuming and stressful, i.e we were told it was a 1 bedroom and the dates we wanted were "blacked out." Then after emailing the PDF scanned copy of the contract to several people at Bluegreen, we were scheduled for the stay during the time that we wanted. I could write a lot more in this review regarding the Process Improvements needed at this location but I am hoping a Resort Mgr calls me back to discuss with him or her. I would not recommend this Las Vegas location because for the price you can stay at Cancun Resort or Tahiti Village without wasting 3hrs or your time. Attached a few photos, one of says "game room" when there isn't a game room, lol and the other two are a tiny kitchen & dining area and funky mounted TV location in the tiny living room area.
