  • The manager asked us to come back as he stated he prides himself on good customer service. We did give it another go and it was a much better experience. The hamburgers are always tasty, so that hasn't changed. We had a little difficulty getting our drinks re-filled but this time our waitress apologized for making us wait so long and promptly took care of the situation.
