  • Called into to speak to a manager about a bad experience. I was put on the phone with a woman named Kathy, who was horrendous and I later found out this was the owner! She refused to listen to my bad experience and kept interrupting me to correct me- even though what she was saying was not applicable to what I was saying. I eventually had to ask who was above her because the conversation was going no where and she just hung up on me. Unfathomable how awful the customer service is! The owners are terrible and shouldn't be dealing with paying customers!
