The representative is rude and racist. She did not want to help me with my situation.
I was unable to pick up a car. The third party agent wants to verify the situation by phone. The representative refuses to pick up the phone call due to helping other customers. When there was no customer, I asked her whether she was willing to pick up the phone call. She said 'I'll only if no customer showed up.' I am confused why I'm not treated as equal as other customers. Why I have to be put in her lowest priority. While, she was extremely nice to other white customers.
I'm not happy with my experience. I did not remember her name. She is a 60yrs old while late with short white hair who was on duty on 1/9/2018 around 1pm. Hopefully, the management will pay attention to this incident.
