  • As Penske was fixing a TINY chip in my husbands windshield (which was completely covered by our insurance), they cracked our windshield. Then, Penske told us that we would have to replace our ENTIRE windshield and since our insurance has a $500 deductible, we would have to pay for it. They also refused to cover the damage THEY did!! Penske is completely unreasonable. NOT customer-focused. Would ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend.
