  • i've always been VERY happy with this dealership for purchasing my cars & service over the last 12 yrs. HOWEVER, the last experience is my LAST with this dealership & i bring it up in as many conversations I can. Short story...bought a 2008 jeep wrangler sahara 4x4 for my daughter on a 3 yr lease. Wasn't sure how long I was going to keep but at least 2 yrs. Salesperson, Ricky (Richardo) said he'd buy car when I was ready to return whenever that was. 2 yrs later and 2 conversations during this time period he said he's still going to buy the car, he reneged and said he'd have to check with his wife. Well...obviously, he didn't come thru on his promise (verbal & a handshake) and now I am stuck with a car I can't return until 9/2011. Had I known at least a month or so b4 (he dragged it on and on promising to call me), I could've advertised & possibly sold it during the summer. I've gone to the BBB with no luck since this was an agreement between me and the salesperson not the dealer. Considering the dealer could have bought it back with the circumstances and my long standing loyalty to them, needless to say I'm PISSED OFF. So far no luck in advertising the car :(
