Horrible customer service. I left full detail when I had to leave a message. When MARTIN called me back I told him what I needed. When he asked how I was referred I told him Living Social. He told me that was expired. I told him I just purchased it. He told me again that he thinks it's expired. I told him that I just purchased it that day. Then he told me it would be anothe $80 to have it pretreated. I told him he could talk to my husband that day about it. I asked him what time he could come on Friday and he told me he would have to get back to me. I asked him if he would call me back the same day and he said yes. I asked his name and he said Martin but thatnhe or David would call me back. He never called back.
