  • Went to a matinee. Tickets, popcorn and drinks for two cost nearly $50. They had a deal where you could exchange your first born for a bag of M&Ms, but we left the kids at home this time. Big mistake. I love M&Ms and our first born was just a practice kid until we got our parenting skills up to par. The film industry is upset people are pirating their films, but with the way the theaters rip you off, I think people are just trying to get their money's worth. Tip: bring in a blanket so you and your significant other can get down to business during the 40 minutes of commercials before the movie.
