  • Had a walk in- there were only 2 people so they were able to take me right away..... great! Hannah claims she's the owner and I asked for a gel manicure. The price is irrelevant. It's the craftsmanship and the lack of respect. A manicure usually consists of hands in the water more than 7.2 seconds. Luke warm water with no glass beads or anything. Because I made a statement of the lack of soak, my cuticles were then the victim. Hannah the owner literally started ripping my cuticles off with her nice, micro cutters that would have worked beautifully had she actually used them to trim. Floors were filthy, the check in system is impersonal, the file she was using was old and gross. It was the WORST nail experiences I've had in 25 years.
