  • Excellent customer service. The owner listened as I told him my concerns and problem areas that needed extra attention. You stay with your vehicle while it goes through a hand-washing station. A group of 4-5 men wash and then dry your car as it moves forward. With the deluxe wash, you then pull your car around to the Express Detailing Station. They communicate with you regularly to be sure you're completely satisfied. While waiting you can enjoy the best French-pressed coffee, hot or cold, in town. The Deluxe Wash was $18.00 and I gave them a nice tip. There was no wait and the whole process for my car took approximately 20 minutes. My car is new and was not very dirty. They will spend more time on any vehicle that needs it. Then the owner thanked me again for coming. Excellent.
