  • Just went for a normal car wash one day and an employee at this location put my car through the car wash on DRIVE and not neutral. By the time it got off the wash ramp the car drove off into a tree. They claimed that they would take it to "their" collision center and have it fixed in no time but I wanted my mechanic to look at the damages and repair them (that would be my decision in an accident that I am not at fault at). They told me that they would compensate me for a rental car and the damages. It has been 2 weeks since they have avoided and not returned calls. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM CAR WASH!! They claimed they have seen worse accidents happen at their location then mine. Like it was something to brag about. $3700 worth of damages that they don't want to take responsibility for. The icing on the cake? They didn't even offer to refund me for the carwash! What a joke.
