rev:text	I really don't know where to begin with this company. This was my first and last time going to this place first of all I went there because my check engine light came on never had that happen wanted to see if they can let me know what the code was and I was willing to pay for this the owner or the manager that sat in the very back office stated he would have his technicians look at the code and let me know what the problem was they did that 30 minutes later the manager came back to he said I had a oil leak I needed a Cadillac converter and that I obviously had not been taking care of my car: I did not appreciate that because I very much take care of my car it is always been serviced by the dealer. I asked him what was the total cost to repair my vehicle there they did not have the part there but said they can get the part. I waited another 30 minutes in the lobby and I can hear the manager in the back office on the phone speaking to someone about dinner functions while I was waiting for him to bring out estimate on the total cost for my vehicle I got tired of waiting so I went out to the bay with my car was the technician asked me if I was ready to leave I stated that I was waiting for his manager to bring me estimates back so so I would know what the total cost was while my car was on the rag I asked the technician to show me where there was an oil leak because I just 30 minutes before arriving at their shop had an oil change they stated that it was a seal that was leaking I told them I park in the same place every day at work and at home I did not have an oil leak I asked him to lower my car so that I can go because it was taking their manager tool Long to give me an estimate finally the assistant manager came out with three different estimates one was for Catalytic converter for $1400 which are priced at 750 at the dealer and they were charging me the 140 Dollars core fee that they were going to keep that And not alley it to me then another estimate was to change the seal on the oil filter a $5.26 part and they were going to charge me $115 to put that five dollar part on the car the third estimate was for a kit to clean out my fuel injectors and that was for $300 so all in all 17 $1800 fee I left there went to the dealer and priced the part and found out that because of the low mileage on my vehicle . It was covered under warranty thank God for that. The dealer also did a 50 point check and determined I did not have an oil leak and my vehicle was in excellent shape I will not go back to this shop.
