  • You get what you pay for. I tried to go the cheaper route having a windshield replaced on my SUV. My first trip the windshield was not properly installed and leaked air really bad. I took my car back, the tech apologized and said he would have to order another since they have to cut my glass out in order to work on it. 2nd windshield installed and there are still minor leaks of air, not to mention that they left all kinds of dirt and black smudges to the fabric on the inside. The weather stripping was damaged upon the install and the tech tried to hide the piece by tucking it under the existing stripping. I really don't want to try for a 3rd time as I have definitely learned my lesson and will pony up and use a dealer next time I need a windshield. My advice to anyone considering using this company is to take many pictures of both the inside and outside of you car prior to any installation in case you need to make a claim against the company. FYI I used the Craig Road location.
