Let me just start by saying that I have gone to this nail salon at least 4 times. This is not a salon that is even close to where I live, but I really used enjoy going there, so I was willing to travel farther than other salons. I went in to get acrylics and the nail technician I had was really rough on my nails. The nail shavers they use are incredibly thick and does not seem to be made for human nails. After I went to wash off my hands, every single one of my fingers were bleeding and the technician just wiped it off with rubbing alcohol. Literally every finger bled! That did not feel very good to say the least. I wasn't going to say anything on here about my experience, but now I've also had 30% of my nails pop off within the span of 4 days! I went in literally 4 days ago for a full set and my nails have already starting popping off! I tipped the technician really well even though I didn't really enjoy the service. I'm SO glad I didn't listen to the technician to get an upgrade on getting gel nails instead of regular polish because she was really trying to persuade me into getting gel. I would have been so upset about paying nearly double what I paid just to have my nails pop off a few days later. I do not plan on coming back here again. I tried it out and it was fun while it lasted, but even the nail salons in Walmart do a better job than the service I got on this particular day. I would say if you're going in for acrylics or a fill, go at your own risk because they tend to be really rough on your real nails.
