  • We went in and worked with Ash and I felt that he was rude and condescending. We asked if we could test drive a vehicle and, without him knowing ANYTHING about our financial situation, he told us he would not allow us to drive the vehicle because he didn't think we could afford it. Well since I'm guessing they work on commission that was a huge mistake on his part as we had just made a substantial gain selling our home and the vehicle in question was well within our price range with a considerable amount of cash up front. I've always thought it better to be polite than to make assumptions, I guess Ash doesn't share the same opinion.
