  • Bought a very reasonable two day pass for our first visit and even though we don't live in Charlotte... We are contemplating a season pass for not much more. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was clean and safe. Only a few suggestions. Maybe some water stations around the facility. Also, since you can't have money.... Maybe your bracelet could scan to your credit card so you don't have to keep going back to the bin where your stuff is?
