  • ShaSha Bread Company Gourmet Food Store contains two dozen hard to find certified organic ingredients for baking bread, biscuits and healthy confectioneries. This is where I get my buckwheat snacks - everyone always asks me where I get them. Shasha is also famous for his heart shaped ginger snaps. If you go on the tour he will show you his first ginger bread snap press which he keeps preserved as a museum piece in entrance way to the bakery. Today Shasha Bread is gaining international attention because of how they incorporate sprouted grains and flour made from sprouted grains in their slow cooked breads.
