  • Assistance & Customer service was on point! 5 stars our consultant was super helpful! Definitely went above & beyond We went in the store & made a purchase...we couldn't pick it up the same day! That really bummed me out. Checking out was also a hassle, took about an hour when it should have been 15-30mins We decided to pick it up from the warehouse since the delivery wouldn't be till a Wednesday We get to warehouse, we arrived at 11 one person ahead of us, we left till 1:37pm Seriously! It took that much time...the person in front of us didn't even have much to pick up...long story short Picking up and waiting was the downfall. Above all the COUCHES are amazing!!!
