  • We checked in here at 1:30 in the morning and the receptionist was very rude on top of it we were told that the pool and jacuzzi with open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and that was one of our main reasons for booking this hotel but when we got here we were told that it wasn't open until April 1st therefore that was one of the main disappointment to begin with then...we were not told we had another $100.00 fee when we got there. And it was not even in the fine print ! On top of another $44.00 fee that was supposed to be $34 ... and then we find cockroaches pregnant at that, crawling up or walls! So we follow it behind the fridge and find roach traps and drippings behind there! We let them know at the front desk the manager is rude as hell! Has NO BUSINESS being a hotel management here in Vegas! We did our reservation online through Orbitz what a mistake! This hotel is bad for customer service and relations! And Orbitz both bad Business practices!
