  • So, let me start by saving I've only lived here about 2 weeks so my opinion may be a little fresh. Now that that's outta the way I LOVE LIVING HERE! I had been back and forth between living here for about 6 months, so when my lease was up at my old place, I applied here. Unfortunately, they didn't have any 4th floor units available, so I had to wait almost another month, but it was worth it! Beautiful location and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, parks AND my job, I never want to leave! The views from the 4th floor are amazeballs and everyone I have met so far in the building is super nice. The one drawback is how easy it is to get lost in this place, one wrong turn and you're done for! Lol. I wish they had more convenient elevators, its four floors, like a million units and only 3 elevators? Buuut, other than that, great place to live. Maintenance is awesome, office staff are complete sweethearts, pool is always clean, and the gum is amazing as well as the clubhouse. For $875 (which is almost $300 lest than what I was paying in Summerlin), its definitely worth it. I won't be moving for quite some time!
