  • I was there this morning and noticed the Better Business Ethics Award sign in the window. I have seen it several times but for some reason it hit home today. I started going to that location about 5 years ago and am ashamed of myself for not writing sooner. I was there today with my Volvo after having been there on Friday with my Audi. I always wait for my vehicle which depending on the job sometimes is a few hours. During that time, I get to see Bob Cook, the manager, and his staff in action. Bob makes everyone feel like family. Everyone is treated professionally and honestly. What more could a customer ask for? These guys are the visable part of your corporation and they do you proud.
