  • Been here for years and have had nothing but a negative experience from start to finish. We won't be staying. Every review you see about the complex since the new property management company took over and renamed it to "Carlyle at south mountain" are true. They couldn't be more true. Run. Save your money buy a house, anything. Just don't rent here.
