rev:text	So thankful for a boba shop in the centennial hills area. Vegas, you're too big of a city and to drive all the way down to the south for Brew Tea is too much for me. So automatic plus for Chill Haus for its location, granted the spot has only 30 min parking right out in front. There is a giant parking lot structure next door. The interior of the shop is pretty cute. They went for the modern farmhouse look. Just missing that shiplap wall. Lol. Lots of seating and pretty quiet. Alright. So it's still early to say what it's peak performance will be here since they just opened. As of now, they're pretty good for milk tea drinks. Not the best, but for a quick fix it will do. Drinks come in the large 24oz right now for about $4 and $.65 for add one (boba, aloe vera bits, etc.). There wasn't an option for you to adjust sweetness or ice level. They are planning to have ice cream too, just waiting on equipment? I forget. But here are the items I tried (I forgot to mention you can get samples before you choose): Almond Milk Tea: 4/5. Not too sweet and definitely a kick of almond flavor. Because of the ice, it gets super watered down at the end and loses flavor. Maybe it's because I like to sip on mine and not chug so I wish I had the option of less to no ice. Honeydew Milk Tea: 3/5. It's overly sweet, but you do get the flavor of honeydew. Mango Peach Tea: 5/5. Legit super good. Hint of peach hint of mango exactly what you want for good tea. Aloe Vera Bits: they're good, but a bit too chunky for me in my drink. Boba: it was too chewy to my liking. So I will pass next time. Oh I guess from reading other reviews, that I totally forgot to pick up a stamp card.... uh great. Just remind your cashier. Overall I will come back. The milk teas just had a powdery finish and somewhat thick; so I may just stick with plain teas. Until ice cream shows up...
