  • After catching my microwave on fire and causing smoke damage to my home, I needed a new microwave. I looked at their reviews and sent them an email with a list of questions. I received a response right away! Within an hour I was able to pick out what I needed on their website and didn't have to go to the store. An hour after the transaction was made, a neighbor offered me a microwave and installed it! I contacted Appliance Works right away requesting a refund. I honestly didn't think I would get one. To my surprise I was refunded the next morning without having to call! Now that is great customer service!
