This place is a mess.
1st trip I purchase 2 CBD cartridges. Upon arriving home I realize that one is shattered. Immediately I call the business. The employee speaks with her manager while I hold for 15 min. They tell me I can exchange it for the same product & they will give a little something for the trouble. That's fine. It's a pain that I will have to venture back out after a long work day but stuff happens.
2nd trip- the return. This takes over an hour. For an exchange. 60 minutes. They take my receipt give me the new cartridge. I leave. Nothing additional was added "for my trouble". I would've been happy w a lighter.
A week later the cartridge breaks. I mention this at a couple of other dispensaries that I go to & everyone agrees that the original location will take it back so I attempt another exchange. This time without a receipt because they kept it after the first return. For the same product. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.
I may be mistaken but my understanding is the store will return it to the manufacturer & receive a credit for the faulty merchandise. They offer me 20% off rather than an exchange. The 20% is not worth the time I've already invested. I passed on the offer.
I do not blame them for the faulty product, however under these circumstances they ought to have considered the customer and made an effort to correct the issue. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other, better options.
